FIELD: heating of premises. SUBSTANCE: domestic gas generator has gas generator with vertical gasification well, charging hole, charging screen, air supplying device, device for discharging of generated gas from well, exhaust tube, auxiliary tube positioned in axial alignment with gas generator body, gas generator lighting device with gas burner. Device for discharging generated gas from well is made in the form of two branch pipes with cutout valve. Branch pipes are mounted on gas generator well and interconnected through gas duct. Auxiliary tube is positioned within fuel layer. Lower end of auxiliary tube is positioned above reaction zone and upper end is disposed above layer of charged fuel. Gas generator lighting device is mounted within gas burner and is formed as annular receptacle for wick. This receptacle is communicated with liquid fuel container. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
