FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to filtering and filtering devices for cleaning milk, and can be used in dairy production. Device for two-stage cleaning of food liquids, mainly milk, contains a cylindrical body 1 with a vertically arranged inlet 2 and inlet 3 nozzles. In device case 1 there is fixing adapter 4 with conical distributor 5 installed therein, having guide rails 6 fixed thereon. In fixing adapter 4 a settler 7 is made and lattices 8 are mounted on it. Conical filter element 9 of the coarse filter is fixed in fixing adapter 4 and placed around guides 6. Fine filter element 10 is located on fixing adapter 4 between gratings 8 and is located under the coarse filter. Body is cylindrical and has lid 11 with inlet fitting 2, which is installed through sealing ring 12 on conical body 1 with the possibility of fixing conical filtering element 9 for coarse cleaning.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of cleaning milk and food liquids while maintaining quality indicators and reducing material costs.
