SUBSTANCE: opening and closing device includes an inner door made with possibility of opening and closing around a first support axis disposed in a vertical direction; and an outer door located outside the inner door and made with possibility of opening and closing around a second support axis disposed in the horizontal direction. Inner door includes a blocking portion configured to prevent the inner door opening, and the outer door includes a portion in form of a lid configured to cover the locking portion or opening portion used to drive the locking portion in a state in which the inner door and the outer door are closed.
