FIELD: fodder production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, and in particular to a device for processing mustard cake. The hydrolyser contains a horizontally installed housing with a water jacket for heating, a loading hatch, an unloading hatch, a system for supplying a water solution inside the housing in the form of nozzles installed along the shaft, an evacuation system with shut-off valves, a system for mixing mustard cake in the form of a shaft with blades mounted on the shaft driven by a drive. The shaft has elongated ends, which are installed in the housing by means of removable hubs made with a cylindrical stepped inner surface that forms a cavity for installing oil seals and spacer rings. The extended shaft ends are conventionally divided into two parts, one of which is covered with spacer rings, and the other is covered with oil contained in an oil bath. The bath is limited by glands with a shaped ring located inside and preventing the approach of the glands. The stuffing boxes are installed with the possibility of permutation in places with spacer rings. The blades are fixed on the shaft perpendicular to its axis by four longitudinal helical rows, providing the location of adjacent blades in a row with radial displacement relative to each other. Each blade is made with three blades located at an angle of 45 degrees to the axis of the shaft, the blades of the middle are located at an angle of 90 degrees to the upper and lower blades of the blade.

EFFECT: simplifies the design of the mixing unit of the device, improves the maintainability of the hydrolyser, reduces energy consumption and time spent in the processing of cake by reducing losses during evacuation.
