SUBSTANCE: plant for processing of mustard and oil production by-products according to the first version, containing horizontally located hydrolyser reactor with mixer inside and jacket outside, equipped with a device for creating a vacuum with a remotely controlled valve and a system for removing volatile compounds of the hydrolyzate with condensers and a condensate phase separator, wherein means for creating a vacuum with a remotely controlled valve is arranged in a system for removing volatile compounds of the hydrolyzate, and the hydrolyser reactor, which is a vacuum dryer, is connected at the input to the line of devices for loading by-products of mustard and oil production and at the outlet with a hydrolytic residue discharge line and a feed additive packing line, characterized in that the remotely controlled valve is configured to shut off the vacuum supply to the reactor according to the control signal on filling the phase separator with condensate in an amount, which corresponds to the content of essential oil with a concentration of not less than 97%, wherein a rotary disc dryer is installed on the hydrolytic residue discharge line, which is connected to the feed additive packing hopper. And according to the second version, it is characterized by the fact that a mixer is installed on the line for loading by-products of the mustard and oil production process, equipped with a loading hatch at the inlet, a mixing device and a spinneret grid at the outlet.
EFFECT: invention increases quality of essential mustard oil, as well as efficiency of the plant.
