FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises housing with vertical driving shaft provided with mixing blades and mounted concentrically with respect to the housing, charging and discharging devices, and device for supplying compressed air. The housing of the mixture is sectional and composed of a shell whose base is provided with the disk flange ring and is detachably connected with disk flange. The driving shaft is set in the bed by means of a bearing. The housing receives rotor with mixing blades that is mounted on the driving shaft. The sleeve-like bushing whose base and sides are provided with slots underlies the rotor. Between the inner surface of the base of the sleeve-like bushing and bearing is protecting spacing cylindrical bushing whose top section is provided with sealing housing with seals which cooperates with the disk flange. The mixer is provided with additional system for supplying compressed air through sealing housing and seals into the inner space of the sleeve-like bushing.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability.
