FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rocketry, and more specifically to nose cones. Rotor assembly of the reusable flap of the nose cone comprises a transverse power plate on which a fixed tube is installed, in which a rotating tube with a rotor bushing installed on top is fixed. Axial hinges of rotor blades are fixed in the bushing with control of common and cyclic steps by means of reversible step motors. Inside the rotating pipe, there is a fixed pipe passing through the rotating bushing and ending with a fixed platform for placing a receiving antenna on it. When switching to a trajectory section with a steady-state low velocity head and a low vertical descent rate, simultaneous control of the total and cyclic pitch of blades to ensure necessary reliability of bringing flap of nose cone to preset landing area, as well as flap angular position stabilization due to use of flywheel engine reactive moment created during flywheel spinning.
EFFECT: higher reliability of bringing the head fairing flap into the specified landing area.
