FIELD: brakes.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic shift brake, preferably a spring-loaded brake, comprising at least one coil body (3) and at least one armature plate (1), wherein the axial distance of the coil body and the armature plate relative to each other is variable, containing at least one rotor (7) on at least one hub of the shaft to be braked, and comprising damping elements located between the armature plate (1) and the coil body (3), between the end surfaces of the coil body (3) and the armature plate (1) that face to each other. It is considered new and inventive that the rigid body of the coil body (3) and/or the armature plate (1) has a built-in damper structure (D), which consists of at least one elastic tongue (12) and a leg (13), moreover, an elastic tongue (12) is an armature plate (1) or a coil body (3) made as a solid part of a solid body, a noise damping when shifting an electromagnetic shift brake, which can be manufactured and installed in a simple manner.
EFFECT: damping of noise when switching brakes with electromagnetic switching, ease of manufacture, uniformity of action in the maximum possible temperature range.
