FIELD: thermal engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes closure of inlet guide vanes in gas-turbine plant compressor and of revolving diaphragm in steam turbine low-pressure section, as well as starting of peak-demand heating-system heater in case of power load reduction and opening of inlet guide vanes of gas-turbine plant compressor and of revolving diaphragm of steam turbine low-pressure section, and also stopping of peak-demand heating-system heater in case of increase in power load. Steam pressure in turbine extraction sections is increased in response to reduction in power load by bypassing water lines of heating-system heaters so that full-flow condensate is conveyed to deaerator bypassing condensate gas heater, the latter being switched over to heat delivery water by means of water-cooled heat exchanger and circulating pump. When power load rises, steam pressure in turbine extraction sections reduces, full-flow condensate is passed to gas heater, and delivery water heating circuit in steam turbine heating-system heaters is completed.
EFFECT: enlarged power regulation range with thermal power being maintained at desired level.
