FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas industry, in particular to methods for compressed gas cooling. The method for compressed gas cooling includes cooling it with atmospheric air in air cooling units, cooling in a recuperative heat exchanger and deep cooling in refrigerating units. If the regulation cooling temperature of the compressed gas is not reached, the compressed gas flow is automatically switched to the bypass pipeline for supplying compressed gas for cooling to the gas-liquid recuperative heat exchanger with the start of the absorption refrigerating machine. In the absorption refrigerating machine, water prepared in a dry cooling tower is used as an intermediate refrigerant. When the gas-liquid heat exchanger reaches the regulation cooling temperature of the compressed gas, the compressed gas supply is automatically transferred to the main inter-shop pipeline, and the absorption machine is stopped.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of operation of an existing production facility located in the permafrost zone.
