Such a regulating effect on the fuel supply feeders is developed with the help of a fuel consumption regulator in order to maintain the balance of the specified and consumed heat of fuel combustion for the production of steam heat at the outlet of the boiler in the basic mode, or the balance of the specified and expended heat of fuel combustion for the production of steam heat consumed at the point of connection of the boiler to the general station steam collector of the TPP, in the regulating mode.
