SUBSTANCE: aerosol generating heated product (100) is proposed for the use with electrically controlled aerosol generating device (200), wherein the product contains end (170) brought to the mouth and far end (160) located upstream relatively to the end brought to the mouth. The product contains heat dispersion device (110) at the far end of the product and aerosol forming substrate (126) located downstream relatively to the heat dispersion device. The heat dispersion device contains non-combustible porous main part (112) for heat absorption from an electric heating element, as a result of which, when using, the air sucked through the aerosol generating product from the far end to the end brought to the mouth is heated by means of heat absorbed with the porous main part.

EFFECT: invention allows for the reduction in heat inertia of the heat dispersion device and quick adjustment of the temperature of the heat dispersion device according to changes in the temperature of the heating element, maintenance of the temperature of all parts of the porous main part at a high level, provision of especially effective heating of the air sucked through the porous main part.
