SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrically controlled system which generates aerosol. System comprises an aerosol-generating article and an electrically-controlled device which generates an aerosol. Aerosol-generating article comprises an aerosol-forming substrate and has an end brought to the mouth, and far end located upstream relative to mouth end. Electrically controlled aerosol-generating device comprises a housing having a cavity configured to receive a distal end of the aerosol-generating article therein. Aerosol generating system additionally comprises electric heating element and heat dissipation device, comprising non-combustible porous main part for heat absorption from electric heating element, as a result, when using air drawn through an aerosol-generating article, from far end to end brought to mouth, it is heated by heat absorbed by porous main part. Electric heating element and device for heat dissipation form part of aerosol-generating device. Device for heat dissipation is connected with possibility of disconnection with device generating aerosol.
EFFECT: providing uniform heating of aerosol-forming substrate, avoiding risk of liquid overheating.
