FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: endonasal lavage of a nose and paranasal sinuses is performed using Acetylcysteinum solution in the ratio of 100 mg of a solid of Acetylcysteinum to 100 ml of distilled water warmed to a temperature of 37-40°C. Then 2 drops of 0.1% Adrenalinum hydrochloricums is added to the solution. Procedures are performed once a day for 6-7 days.
EFFECT: considerable reduce of adenoid tissue volume.
