FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology, and in particular to methods of rejuvenating a human face. Elastic tapes are glued to the client's face, above the upper and under the lower lip when pronouncing a long “U” sound on the exhale, and then when pronouncing a long “I” sound on the inhale. On both sides of the face, tapes are glued from the corners of the lips to the lateral fold of the eyelid and to the lower part of the ears, and the kneading effect of the muscles of the face is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, kneading is carried out when the client performs breathing exercises, which consist in periodic alternation of inhalation and exhalation, accompanying the respiratory acts with the articulation of the above sounds. The second stage is carried out with residual taping of the circular muscle of the mouth and the impact of fingers on the muscles of the face in two stages with repeated pronunciations of a long sound "U" when you exhale and a long sound "I" when you inhale. At the first stage, the impact is consistently carried out by massaging finger movements along the trajectories along which the removed tapes were laid. At the second stage, the nasolabial folds are kneaded with the fingers of the hands simultaneously from both sides of the face. The session ends with a relaxing facial massage.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the elasticity and density of the skin of the cheeks, smoothing of wrinkles and the formation of volume and fullness of the face.
