FIELD: training.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of education, namely to methods of setting the pronunciation when teaching a foreign language, and can be used by people of different ages regardless of initial training. Disclosed is a method of training the pronunciation of a foreign language, which includes listening and pronouncing voiced phonemes pronounced by a native speaker, wherein before listening to the voiced phonemes, articulation-mimic gymnastics with elements of speech therapy is performed for 10-15 minutes, pronunciations are performed in three stages for 60-90 minutes, combining pronouncing what is spoken with viewing a video, illustrating the articulation of a native speaker, on the first of which the trainee sequentially alternates listening and pronouncing phonemes of the native language with listening and pronouncing phonemes of a foreign language, on the second one – the trainee listens and pronounces phonemes of a foreign language, combining this exercise with fine motor skills, and on the third stage – listens and repeats phrases from the text, voiced by a native speaker of a foreign language, and in the interval between these stages, the trainee performs breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes, including a deep inhalation through the nose and a uniform exhalation when walking on the spot, bending and turning the body , with pronouncement with intensified articulation of sounds of the whistling group: "zzzzz ..." and "sssss ..." and sounds of the hissing group: "fffff ..." and "shshsh".

EFFECT: disclosed method enables using simple means and techniques to achieve good assimilability of foreign pronunciation in a large number of people speaking different languages.
