At the first session, a complex of taping is performed to relax the muscles. At the second session, a taping complex for muscle lifting is performed and at the third session, a taping complex for lymphatic drainage. At the same time, the complex of taping for muscle relaxation includes taping of the forehead and upper eyelids, taping to reduce inter-brow wrinkles, taping to relax the masticatory muscles, taping the corners of the lips and to correct nasolabial folds, taping to relax the chin muscles, the effect of taping on the muscles of the eyes and taping the muscles of the mouth, the complex of taping for muscle lifting includes taping of the forehead and upper eyelids, taping of the corners of the lips, taping of the circular eye muscle and lifting of the zygomatic muscles. The complex of taping for lymphatic drainage includes taping of the circular eye muscle, neck muscles and exposure according to the scheme of lymphatic outflow. In the relaxation and lifting complex, the first sticking point is first fixed, where the movements of the tape will be directed. Next, the finger pulls slightly in the direction opposite to the direction of the overlay of the tape. Then, without releasing the finger with which the first point is fixed, the tape strip is applied with tension and smoothed to the second fixation point, from where the movement of the tape will be directed to the first point, after which the finger is released at the first point. In the complex for lymphatic drainage, the gluing of the strip is carried out without fixing the points and without its tension.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of the facial skin taping procedure.
