FIELD: fishing industry.

SUBSTANCE: sorting device for fishing trawls is equipped with guide elements for directing the caught object inside the trawl bag and exit windows from the trawl of non-commercial fishing objects. The device is made of two parts: conical and cylindrical, connected to each other and equipped with at least two upper and two lower false power seams, on which at least two metal frames are fixed, ensuring the shape of the device during the trawling process. Two sorting grids are installed separately from each other. The first sorting grid is located in the lower half of the selective device, tilted backward in the direction of movement of the trawl and fixed by the lower part of the tip of its frame to the lower layer of the device. The upper part of the end of the frame of the first grid is connected to the beginning of the lower guide element and is fixed to the main seams of the device. The second sorting grid is located in the upper part of the selective device, connected to the upper guide element consisting of the front and rear parts spaced apart and fixed by means of a rigid frame to the upper layer of the cylindrical part of the device. The upper front guide element is connected to the upper plate of the cylindrical part of the device, and the lower part is fixed to the upper end of the second sorting grid, fixed to the main seams of the device and connected to the upper rear guide element along the lower base. The upper front and lower guide elements are made in the form of panels made of mesh fabric and are located parallel to each other, forming a tunnel for the passage of small fish that did not pass through the first lower sorting grid.

EFFECT: device ensures the separation of large and small fish during the trawling process and the release of non-commercial-sized individuals from the trawl.
