FIELD: container gravity transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to container gravity transport and can be used to move technological materials and components used in process of industrial production. The section contains supports with lifting mechanisms, between which a bearing surface is fixed for moving containers, and the bearing surface is fixed to a stationary support by means of a swivel located in the center of bearing surface, and the end sections of the bearing surface are equipped with pivots connected to the rods of permanently fixed three-position pneumatic cylinders, the fittings of which are connected to compressed air pneumatic control valve. Sensors for monitoring the position of rods are installed on three-position pneumatic cylinders, and sensors for monitoring the position and speed of transport container movement are installed at the attachment points of bearing surface to stationary support and to the rods of three-position pneumatic cylinders. All sensors are connected to compressed air pneumatic control valve. The end axes of the bearing surface and the axes of rods of three-position pneumatic cylinders are interconnected by a metal plate using hinged joints.
EFFECT: design simplification, expansion of functionality and reduction of transport energy costs are provided.
