FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates construction field, in particular to systems for separating components of residual concrete mixture. The separation system of residual concrete mixture components contains a frame with a guiding rail fixed on it, at least one lifting device on which two or more vibrating sieves are suspended with the possibility of horizontal and vertical movement and their inclination, having different cell sizes, as well as technological water tank placed under the vibrating sieves and having upper and lower level sensors monitoring water level in the tank. In the bottom part of the tank there is a pump connected to pipeline of water distribution system to ensure the movement of the water-cement mixture contained in the tank and previously passed through vibrating sieves. The pipeline contains a movable regulating pipe made with ability to determine the concentration of cement depending on density of the water-cement mixture and subsequent direction of mixture to the first container if its density is higher or equal to the preset value, or to the second container if the density is lower than the preset value, through a sand filter, which is simultaneously a hopper for sand obtained on the lower sieve during sieving, a control unit, made with ability to control the operation of separation system of residual concrete mixture components.
EFFECT: invention increases operational reliability of separation system of residual concrete mixture components.
