FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete mixture composition, mainly for making cast-in-situ and precast concrete structures, used in construction. The concrete mixture contains cement, inert filler, wastes from sulphuric acid treatment of boron-containing mineral raw material in amount of 1 to 3% of the mass of the mixture and hardening water, containing an alkalising additive in amount which provides for pH of not less than 11. The said wastes can be heated to 100 to 120°C until obtaining hemihydrate gypsum. The alkalising additive used can be sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide, or sodium carbonate.
EFFECT: increased concrete strength.
