SUBSTANCE: present invention reveals possibilities of a lubricating oil composition for hydraulic drives that provides excellent safety and has electrical conductivity that prevents the formation of interference that adversely affects devices containing hydraulic circuits equipped with electronic control devices for a valve system. In the specified composition, hydrocarbon base oil is used, the specified base oil contains from 30 ppm to 250 ppm of ultrabasic magnesium salicylate per the magnesium content relatively to the total amount of the composition, and from 0.07 wt.% to 5.0 wt.% of non-dispersible polymethacrylate having average mass molecular weight from 5000 to 200,000, in the form of net amount relatively to the total amount of the composition. Conductivity of the composition at 25°C is 200 pCm/m or more, flash temperature is 240°C or more, solidification temperature is -40°C or less, and the coefficient of friction for micro-coupling at 140°C is 0.08 or more.
EFFECT: this composition of lubricating oil may have conductivity to prevent the formation of interference that adversely affects electronic control devices when used in equipment equipped with electronic control devices.
