SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gyroscopic instrumentation and can be used for debugging and testing strapdown inertial navigation systems (SINS), made on the basis of laser angular velocity sensors, and navigation and automatic control systems (NACS) of an aircraft (AC), which include SINS data. The device for hardware and software simulation of the laser angular velocity sensor contains the first and second calculators, flash disk, non-volatile memory, first, second and third serial ports, I/O port, programming port, first and second controllers of multiplex data transmission channel, flash controller -disk, nonvolatile memory controller, network port, digital parallel port, expansion bus.

EFFECT: expanding functionality and reducing the cost of creating a gyroscopic channel SINS and NACS as a whole.
