FIELD: antifriction polymer composite production.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing an antifriction polymer composite consisting of an antifriction coating based on ED-20 epoxy resin or a mixture of ED-20 with polyether urethane epoxy liquid rubber PPG-3A, the main mineral epoxy material of the Sintegran type and an adhesive layer applied to it in the form of a polyurethane polymer based on simple or complex polyesters of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and 4,4-methylene-bis-orthochlorochloroaniline, on which, when it reaches a state of “tack”, is applied the specified anti-friction coating. To obtain an adhesive layer, polyesters are used. masses of 500-1000 Dt, in the composition of which silicon-containing nanoparticles of the POSS 50-1458 brand with terminal hydroxyl groups are additionally introduced. The number of nanoparticles varies in the range of 4-8 wt. hours per 100 mass. including polyurethane polymer.

EFFECT: creation of a polymer composite with high adhesion for friction units of machine tool equipment under conditions of long-term and continuous operation.
