SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. For the surgical treatment of a wet form of macular degeneration complicated by a secondary epiretinal membrane, an intravitreal injection of an anti-vasoproliferative drug is performed. After 3 weeks, a standard three-port 25 or 27 G chromovitrectomy is performed using Triamcinolone acetonide dye. Next, the macular area is contrasted with membrane blue dye 0.15%, incubated for 15 seconds and the dye is aspirated with a cannula, after which the epiretinal membrane is removed according to the type of circular maculorexis. Then the second contrasting of the macular region is carried out in the same way and the inner border membrane is removed by the type of circular maculorexis. The operation ends with the removal of ports. Seven days after surgery, an intravitreal injection of an anti-vasoproliferative drug is performed. 30 days after the last injection, another intravitreal injection of the anti-vasoproliferative drug is made.

EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of treatment and reduces the total number of injections of the anti-vasoproliferative drug, which reduces the cost of treatment and discomfort from treatment.
