FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal power engineering, can be used in stationary and transport power plants, in heating, cooling and air conditioning systems and is aimed at increasing the specific heat flows removed from partitions. The plate-tube heat exchanger contains a collector (1) for the supply and a collector (2) for the discharge of the cooling medium. Collector (1) and collector (2) are connected by tubes (3) with a diameter of d. The ends of the tubes (3) are connected by welding or soldering to the pipe boards (4) and (5). Between the pipe boards (4) and (5) there are partitions (6) forming channels (7) for the flow of the cooled medium. The pitch of the tubes in the longitudinal and transverse direction of the partitions is the same and is equal to t. Alternating protrusions (8) and depressions (9) are staggered on each partition (6), in the form of spherical segments of equal depth h and diameter D. On adjacent partitions (6), the tops of the protrusions (8) and the bottoms of the depressions (9) located opposite each other on the same axis are made in contact with each other. The tubes (3) pass through all the partitions (6) in the centers of the depressions (9) and protrusions (8). The walls of the protrusions (8) and depressions (9) at the points of contact are connected to the walls of the tubes (3) by soldering, forming the fins of the tubes (3).
EFFECT: extension of the range of heat exchangers.
