METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRAINING IN PLANNING AND PERFORMING TASKS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G06Q10/06

Abstract RU 2758183 C1

FIELD: computer technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized computing devices; it can be used in systems for business process automation. A method for training in planning and performing tasks is characterized by that training is carried out through the sequential passage of preparatory and daytime stages of training. At the first preparatory stage of training, a user writes task attributes into rows M1(i,1:k) of a matrix of unsorted tasks M1n1,k of a block of unsorted tasks using an input unit, where i is the ordinal number of a task in the matrix of unsorted tasks, n1 is the total number of tasks in the matrix of unsorted tasks, k is a number of task attributes, and thereby forms a matrix of unsorted tasks. At the second preparatory stage of training, the block of unsorted tasks, depending on values of task class identifiers of the matrix of unsorted tasks, moves rows M1(i,1:k) of the matrix of unsorted tasks in a matrix of tasks of a weekly plan M2n2,k of a block of tasks of a weekly plan, where n2 is a number of tasks of a weekly plan, in a matrix of tasks of a daily plan M3n3,k of a block of tasks of a daily plan, where n3 is a number of tasks of a daily plan, in a matrix of non-urgent tasks M5n5,k of a block of non-urgent tasks, where n5 is a number of non-urgent tasks. After that, at a daytime stage of training, the user sequentially sends rows M3(i,1:k) of the matrix of tasks of a daily plan from the block of tasks of a daily plan for a user interface, using the input unit, after which, if necessary, the user adjusts attributes-tasks using the input unit, while the block of tasks of a daily plan sets a value of a corresponding element of changing attributes of tasks of a daily plan R(i)=1, then, if all elements R(1) correspond to the value “1”, then a logical block “AND” is triggered, and it transmits a control signal to a unit for accumulating results of task quality assessment, which, depending on a time value from a time unit, writes a value of quality assessment of tasks of a daily plan to elements of a vector of quality assessment of tasks of a daily plan R2(j), at the end of the daytime stage of training, on a signal from the time block, the block of tasks of a daily weekly plan and the block of tasks of a daily plan change task class identifiers M2(i,1) and M3(i,1) and, depending on their values, as well as data from the time block, distribute tasks between the matrix of tasks of a weekly plan of the block of tasks of a weekly plan, the matrix of tasks of a daily plan of the block of tasks of a daily plan, the matrix of completed tasks of the block of completed tasks, the matrix of non-urgent tasks of the block of non-urgent tasks, and also form a vector of changing attributes of tasks of a daily plan of the block of tasks of a daily plan of zero elements, after which the next daytime stage of training is repeated.

EFFECT: reduction in didactic material, when training in planning and performing tasks, increase in the stability of performing tasks by a user.
