FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended for controlling the parameters of process fluids injected into the well when silencing wells with complex geological and technological indicators during repair work, including for wells with abnormally high reservoir pressure. The system contains measuring devices mounted on the input and output pipelines connected to the control station. The system is equipped with a process tank or tanks, a control system, a pump or pumps. The control station makes it possible to receive real-time information about the parameters of the process fluid from each measuring device, to control the control system and devices that regulate the parameters of the process fluid. The technological tank or tanks are connected to the well by input and output pipelines and each tank is made with the possibility of placing in it a given amount of process fluid and a given device or devices regulating the parameters of the process fluid, the control system is located on the output pipeline after the measuring device or devices, is hydraulically connected to each technological tank and includes at least one control device made with the possibility of regulating the flow of process fluid, the pump or pumps are located on the input pipeline before the measuring device or instruments.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the well silencing process by monitoring the parameters of the process fluid injected into the well, monitoring the parameters of the fluid at its input and output from the well and controlling the parameters of the process fluid and the process as a whole.
