FIELD: obtaining oil and gas from wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used to ensure continuous controlled topping up of process fluid in the well during routine repair and overhaul of wells. Disclosed is a system for automatic topping up of wells with process fluid, comprising frame 1, on which there is control cabinet 19 with an electronic control unit, a frequency converter for an electric motor and a unit for monitoring fluid parameters, transfer pump 3. At the same time pump 3 on one side is connected to electric motor 2, and on the other side – to piping line 12 containing cutoff ball valve 13 connected to main fine filter 10, and cutoff ball valve 14 connected to standby fine filter 11. At that, main fine filter 10 and standby fine filter 11 are fixed in parallel to each other and are connected to loading manifold 15, which contains cut-off ball valves 16, 17 and the unit of sensors of parameter control station 18. From above to transfer pump 3 is connected receiving manifold 4 containing coarse filter 5, bypass line 6 and three shutoff ball valves 7-9.
EFFECT: improvement of quality of performance and optimization of current repair and overhaul of wells due to intensified control over volume, intensity and quality of liquid topped up, as well as due to exclusion of necessity to use a pump unit.
