FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to means of individual mobility (IMM). IMM contains wheels, wheel lighting system and control module. The wheels are made of a composition with the addition of a phosphor. The wheel illumination system contains a UV source connected to a power source. The control module is configured to activate the UV radiation source. The UV source is positioned to illuminate at least a portion of the wheel.
EFFECT: increased user safety due to constant illumination of wheels.
