METHOD FOR REDUCING RESONANT AMPLITUDES DURING TRANSIENT PROCESSES IN VIBRATING MACHINES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B06B1/16

Abstract RU 2758344 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vibration technique. A method for reducing resonant amplitudes during transients in vibrating machines is provided by the use of an asynchronous electric drive for each unbalanced vibration exciter, which contains a three-phase asynchronous electric motor, the beginnings of the first and second phase windings of which are made with the possibility of connecting, respectively, to phases A and B of a three-phase network, the first capacitor connected between the beginnings of the second and third phase windings of the electric motor, and in the third phase winding with a voltage lagging in phase, between the network clamp and the beginning of the winding, respectively, the first and second terminals of the first switching element are connected, the third terminal of which is intended for connection to the first input-output of the control unit, the second and third series-connected capacitors connected in parallel to the first capacitor, and between the beginning of the first phase winding and the connection clip of the second and third capacitors, respectively, the first and second terminals of the second switching element are connected, the third terminal of which is intended for connection to the second input-output of the control unit.

EFFECT: reduction of dynamic loads on the structural elements of the vibrating machine, an improvement in the energy performance of the electric drive in the operating mode, a decrease in resonant amplitudes, as well as an increase in the power factor of the asynchronous electric drive in the operating mode.
