AUTOMATIC SYPHON DISPENSER-DISTRIBUTOR Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F04F10/00

Abstract RU 2758541 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: dispenser-distributor is designed for the metered supply of liquid to several consumers in the food and chemical industry, at irrigation systems and in various hydraulic washing devices. The dispenser-distributor contains a storage tank, a feeding tube with a tap, a flow stabilizer and a water flow meter, a working syphon with mechanisms for starting and breaking the vacuum and a mechanism for automatically switching the liquid flow, consisting of several syphons connected by suction parts through a collector with drain parts buried in cups with outlet pipes, and the outlet pipe of each cup of the preceding syphon is communicated by a micro-syphon with the lower part of the cavity of the cup of the subsequent syphon, and the nozzle of the cup of the last syphon is connected to the lower cavity of the cup of the first syphon, the starting mechanism of the working syphon is made in the form of a chamber with a drain tube located below the collector axis and communicated by the upper part with a hydraulic communication channel with the collector, and the bottom with the upper part of the suction part of the working syphon through a hydraulic communication channel with the knee located below the bottom of the chamber, the mechanism for breaking the vacuum of the working syphon is made in the form of a cup with power pipes and vacuum break, and the lower section of the vacuum break tube is located below the upper section of the power tube, the mechanism for automatic switching of the liquid flow is equipped with a container with a two-stage bottom installed below the level of the lower section of the drain tube of the working syphon start mechanism, moreover, the cavity at the bottom of the hydraulic communication channels is connected to the upper part of the outlet pipe of each syphon, the vertical distance from the upper section of the outlet pipe of each cup to the level of the upper bottom of the container with a two-stage bottom is greater than the distance to the upper level of the knee of the micro-syphon, but less than the height of the outlet tube.

EFFECT: increase in reliability.
