FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: siphon comprises suction and discharge pipes, fluid level indicator tube, feed pipe with valve and elbow, cover and manifold. Manifold consists of barrel and case. Cover is furnished with vacuum disruption tube. Manifold case is composed of cylinder divided by baffle with radial holes into top and bottom chambers with inlet channels and discharge pipe. Bottom ends of suction tube, discharge tube and fluid level indicator tube are located in manifold while their top ends are arranged inside the cover.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.
