FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to coloproctology, and can be used for the surgical treatment of patients with epithelial coccygeal passage. The epithelial coccygeal passage is dissected along the primary fistulous passage on a grooved probe with a scalpel or an electric knife. Dissection of the secondary fistulous passages, which is carried out by holding a grooved probe from the primary fistulous passage into the secondary fistulous passages. Treatment of the cavity of a purulent fistulous bed with a Volkman spoon. Suturing the edges of the wound to the edges of the fistulous passage with an upholstery stitch.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of the method for treating ECP by reducing the size of the wound and the timing of complete wound healing without the risk of developing possible postoperative bleeding and wound suppuration.
