A device is installed for active vacuum drainage, followed by sanitation of the cavity with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, 10% betadine solution through drainage under ultrasound control until the diameter of the cavity is reduced to 1 cm. After removal of the drainage, the cavity is coagulated with a Lakhta-Milon laser in continuous mode with a wavelength of 1,470 nm, power 9 W at a speed of 1 mm/s.
