The endoscope is inserted into the formed submucosal space and by coagulation, a submucosal tunnel of the required length is formed in the distal direction of the esophagus. A cryoprobe is inserted through the working channel of a flexible endoscope into the submucosal tunnel to freeze the tissue fragment of interest with an exposure of 14-15 seconds at a cryoprobe diameter of 2.4 mm and then extract it by traction on itself and separation along the demarcation line under the control of the endoscope.

EFFECT: method provides a reduction in traumatization, the exclusion of direct communication of the esophageal lumen with the mediastinum, a reduction in the risk of mediastinitis, the possibility of obtaining the largest and most informative tissue fragment for subsequent histological examination, and a reduction in the time of hospitalization.
