SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endoscopy and pulmonology. Endoscopic endobronchial cryobiopsy is performed using a video bronchoscope. Video bronchoscope is brought through the rigid bronchoscope tube into the tracheobronchial tree, and 6 cryobioptates of the bronchial mucosa are obtained under visual control using a cryoexposure probe. In case of detecting changes on the mucosa, 4 biopsy materials are obtained from the area of endoscopically visualized changes, and 2 biopsy materials are obtained from the spurs of the main bronchi of the contralateral lung. If there are no visible changes in the mucosa, 2 biopsy materials from the right lung, 2 biopsy materials from the left lung and 2 biopsy materials from the tracheal bifurcation are obtained. Then the obtained biopsy materials are subjected to defrosting and dehydration, after which they are sent for morphological examination.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase information value and safety in verification of diagnosis in patients with suspected respiratory sarcoidosis, to provide possibility of operative formulation of preliminary diagnosis.
