SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology; it can be used in electronic devices with a need for synchronization. A time synchronization device includes: a signal generation circuit and a time adjustment circuit. The signal generation circuit includes: a control circuit made with the possibility to generate a frequency control word (F); and a signal adjustment circuit made with the possibility to receive the frequency control word (F) and an input signal having an initial frequency, and generate and output an output signal having a target frequency based on the frequency control word (F) and the input signal. The time adjustment circuit is made with the possibility of performing a synchronization adjustment operation relatively to a clock signal of an electronic device based on the output signal having the target frequency. A time synchronization device can synthesize the output signal with a sufficiently high frequency using the signal generation circuit.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of the synchronization signal formation.
