FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, biotechnology, regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, in particular, to a method for producing a polymeric material for replacing bone defects and forming bone-replacing implants. The method includes photopolymerisation of a composition containing a polyfunctional vinyl monomer, a photopolymerisation initiator, washing the polymer from the unreacted monomer, and drying the polymer. Polymerisation is executed under the impact of visible radiation, wherein the photopolymerised composition comprises ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 3,6-di-tert-butyl benzoquinone-1,2 and a tertiary amine as a photoinitiating system sensitive in the visible spectral range and a non-polymerising pore-forming component, wherein a compound with the formula CnH2n+1OH, wherein n=1 to 8, is used as such component, or a mixture of such compounds, ensuring formation of a polymer plate with open pores with an average size in the range of 10 to 15 mcm at the following ratio of components ( wt.%): dimethacrylate ethylene glycol 20 to 40; non-polymerising pore-forming component 57.8 to 79.45; 3,6-di-tert-butyl benzoquinone-1,2 0.05 to 0.2; tertiary amine 0.5 to 2.0.
EFFECT: production of a simple and accessible by content composition by using accessible, safe, low-labour-intensive manipulations, providing a possibility to form implants exhibiting no cytotoxicity and a surface with highly adhesive properties relative to cells, allowing cells to populate said implant.
