FIELD: casting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heated gate device. The specified device contains at least one nozzle with a needle valve and a shut-off needle made with the possibility of movement by means of a movable means in the nozzle with the needle valve. The device also contains an overload protection device for the shut-off needle. The overload protection device is made in the following way: the shut-off needle is connected to the movable means in at least one first direction of movement directly or indirectly by means of at least one friction connection, which can be disconnected, when the maximum force is exceeded.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the service life of the heated gate.
