SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for microwelding wire conductors. The body with a U-shaped bearing base is mounted on a base plate. The welding head includes a holder for a welding tool for microwelding, a main and an additional two-arm levers, spring-loaded to each other and installed in the X-axis swing centers separated from each other, a mechanism for vertical and horizontal movement. The wire clamp assembly with jaws is mounted on an additional two-arm lever to feed the conductor into the welding zone along the Y-axis. The main and additional two-armed levers are installed on a common swing axis. An additional two-arm lever is spring-loaded through an adjustable stop to a fixed bracket mounted on a supporting base. The shoulders of the additional two-armed lever are mutually perpendicular. An adapter is installed on the vertical arm of the additional two-armed lever for transferring the rotation of the two-armed lever around the swing axis from a foot or hand drive, while one part of the adapter is made in the form of a tapered hole and a slot associated with it for interaction with the tapered end of the flexible transmission of the foot drive, and the other part is made in the form of a plane inclined to the vertical arm of the additional two-armed lever and interacts with the rolling bearing of the manual drive, made in the form of a two-armed lever with a swing axis perpendicular to the swing axis of the main and additional two-armed levers, while the rolling bearing is installed on the shorter arm of the manual drive, in addition, the holder of the welding tool is fixed on the bracket, which is attached to the shoulder of the main two-armed lever, while the bracket has the ability to rotate along an angle around its axis and move along the main two-armed lever along the Y axis, and on the shoulder of the main two-armed lever there is a wire clamping unit with jaws for feeding the conductor into the welding zone along the X axis.

EFFECT: quality of the welded joints of the wire conductors is improved and the versatility of the installation is achieved by providing the possibility of using a hand or foot drive.
