METHOD FOR ASSESSING THE RESPONSE OF TISSUES AND THE MICROVASCULAR BED TO THE INTRODUCTION OF A MEDICINAL PRODUCT DURING LYMPHOTROPIC THERAPY UNDER CONTROL OF ULTRASOUND Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B8/00

Abstract RU 2759238 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to ultrasound diagnostics, therapy, and can be used to assess the response of tissues and the microvascular bed to the introduction of a medicinal product during lymphotropic therapy under control of ultrasound. Prior to injecting the medicinal product into the Yurin zone, ultrasonic examination (sonography) is used to determine the thickness of subcutaneous fat, a qualitative analysis of blood flow by means of colour Doppler mapping is conducted with definitions of "depleted" or "enriched", the diameter of the lymphatic vessels is determined. A needle is then introduced subcutaneously under the control of ultrasound scanning at an angle of 30 to 45 degrees to a depth of 50% of the thickness of subcutaneous fat. Longidase is introduced under ultrasound monitoring, and after each injected 1 ml of the medicinal product, such indicators as the increase in the thickness of subcutaneous fat (SCF) at the location of the needle, the change in the blood flow activity, the increase in the diameter of lymphatic vessels are recorded at the injection site. If the presence of activation of blood flow, an increase in the diameter of lymphatic vessels by no more than 300% from the beginning of the first imaging, an increase in the thickness of subcutaneous fat by less than 300% are determined simultaneously, the reaction of tissues and the microvascular bed to the introduction of the medicinal product is assessed as corresponding to the norm. If at least one indicator deviates from said norm, the administration of the medicinal product is terminated.

EFFECT: method provides an objective assessment of the response of tissues and the microvascular bed to the introduction of a medicinal product during lymphotropic therapy using ultrasonic control, thereby ensuring the safety of this treatment method.
