FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for surgical treatment of patients with a malignant ulnar neoplasm. In the preoperative period, MSCT is used to determine the spatial visualisation of the affected ulna, the condition of the surrounding soft tissues, vascular and nerve structures is assessed by means of an MRI. An S-shaped incision of the skin is made, then the edges of the wound are spread apart, the subcutaneous fatty tissue and fascia are dissected, and the malignant neoplasm is visualised. The muscles involved in the malignant neoplasm are then resected outside of the malignant neoplasm, and an osteotomy is performed at a distance of 3 to 4 cm from the malignant neoplasm. Arthrotomy is performed in the distal radioulnar joint. The preparation of the malignant neoplasm is dissected from the remaining soft tissues and removed in a single block. A transverse osteotomy of the ulna is performed with isolation of a fragment with a size of 1.0 to 1.5 cm placed between the ulna and the radius, osteosynthesis is performed using a cortical screw sequentially through the radius, through the previously formed transplant and through the ulnar saw line.
EFFECT: ensures restoration of the functional integrity and motor capabilities of the patient with the ulna and elbow joint affected by a malignant neoplasm after surgical treatment, ensures preservation of the anatomical support capacity of the elbow joint of the patient, affected by the malignant neoplasm, and also provides a sufficient improvement in the quality of life of the patient due to the combination of methods according to the claimed invention.
