FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology, namely to the section of determining the resistance of microorganisms to antimicrobial drugs and molecular detection of resistance mechanisms. A strain of Salmonella enterica S12 bacteria with multiple antimicrobial resistance with identified genetic determinants of resistance for microbiological and molecular genetic studies as a control strain for controlling the resistance of microorganisms to cefazolin (I-III generation), ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, doxycycline, tetracycline, spectinomycin, florfenicol and trimethoprim, is deposited in the “All-Russian Collection strains of microorganisms used in veterinary medicine and animal husbandry” under the number VKSHM-B-849M. The strain of Salmonella enterica bacteria VKSHM-B-849M can be used as a reference strain to control the resistance of microorganisms to cefazolin (I-III generation), ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, doxycycline, tetracycline, spectinomycin, florfenicol and trimethoprim and molecular genetic studies, as well as a control strain to identify the corresponding elements of resistance to the same antimicrobial drugs (MDSABC, gyrA ( S83Y), tetA, TetR, aacb-ly, dfrAH).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of determining microbiological resistance to antimicrobial agents with the confirmed presence of stable genetic determinants of resistance.
