SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of oligonucleotides for the identification and detection of qnrS and qnrB genes, which provide resistance to fluoroquinolones in bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family. Also the following is disclosed: the use of this kit for the identification and detection of qnrS and qnrB genes using the polymerase chain reaction method with hybridization-fluorescence detection in real time.
EFFECT: rapid detection of resistance genes to fluoroquinolones qnrS and qnrB — antibiotics most often used in veterinary practice.
