FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to neurosurgical instruments for the treatment of cervicalgia, cervicocranialgia and cervicobrachialgia of discogenic genesis in the presence of a herniated disc of the cervical spine with indications for minimally invasive neurosurgical intervention. A set for percutaneous removal of herniated intervertebral discs of the cervical spine with endoscopic assistance contains a steel rod of constant cross-section for puncture; a steel hollow tube for expanding the working operating channel, made 360 mm long, with an outer diameter of 2 mm, an inner 1.75 mm and cut into 2 diametrically opposite parts along the tube section, with a tube wall thickness of 0.125 mm; steel hollow tubes for expanding the working channel in the amount of 28 pieces, made with a length of 80 mm to 350 mm and external diameters from 16 mm to 2.5 mm, a length increment of 10 mm in the direction of increase, a diameter increment of 0.5 in the direction of decrease, tube wall thickness of 0.125 mm; a steel hollow tube for the final fixation of the working channel; a cruciform scalpel for incision of the anterior longitudinal ligament and the fibrous ring of the intervertebral disc; a spoon for softening the fibrous ring of the intervertebral disc and its partial destruction; pliers for extracting the tissue of the pulpous nucleus of the conchotome type, upgraded with the addition of a limiter to reduce the length of the working part depending on the individual characteristics of the patient; a limiter rod; curette for scraping the remnants of the pulpous nucleus, cartilage walls and the formation of a tunnel for the implant; pistol-grip Kerrison type cutters, upgraded with the addition of a limiter and holes to reduce the length of the working part, depending on the individual characteristics of the patient; hooks for checking the presence of protrusions in the spinal canal and for disconnecting adhesions, probing disc fragments and sequesters in the spinal canal, migrating beyond the intervertebral space, where one hook is short, 3 mm, the other hook is long, 5 mm.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to provide endoscopic percutaneous removal of hernias of the intervertebral disc of the cervical spine with simultaneous subsequent endoscopic stabilization of the operated segment of the cervical spine with an interbody implant of original design.
