FIELD: medical instruments.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to special reusable neurosurgical instruments, and can be used in neurosurgery for the treatment of cervicalgia, cervicocranialgia and cervicobrachialgia of discogenic origin in the presence of a cervical disc herniation with an indication for minimally invasive neurosurgical intervention. Device for percutaneous removal of herniated intervertebral discs of the cervical spine with endoscopic assistance comprising a sharp stylet for insertion into the intervertebral disc with a handle and a finger perpendicularly attached to the stylet to limit the immersion of the stylet into the disc; a steel rod with a diameter of 3 mm, a length of 370 mm, with a channel inside with a diameter of 1 mm for introducing a sharp stylet, rounded at both ends, wherein the steel rod is provided with a handle for holding the steel rod and fixing thereof in a flexible sleeve; a set of 33 tubes for expanding the operating channel, each of such tubes is made with a slot and a handle to hold the tube, wherein the set contains tubes of different diameters, the tubes in the set are hollow, and the width of the slot of each tube is made such that it allows the tube holding handle to pass through this slot when donning tubes of a larger diameter to a tube of a smaller diameter in order to expand the operating channel, wherein the narrowest tube in the set is designed to be put on a steel rod; two flexible sleeves, consisting of cylindrical and spherical segments, put on a cable, made with the ability to bring the sleeve into a rigid state when being tensioned; wherein the sleeves have a clamping device at their ends for clamping a handle for holding a tube and a handle for holding a steel rod; bracket for fixing the sleeve on the operating table, consisting of three parts: a slider, made with the possibility of attaching sleeves thereto, the second part is a metal rod of rectangular section bent at an angle of 90° and changing thereafter into a circular section with a diameter of 15 mm; the length of the metal rod of round section is 15 cm, and this metal rod is thereafter changing into a thinner rod of round section with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 10 cm, this thin round rod with a diameter of 8 mm is configured with the possibility of insertion into the third part of the bracket, the diameter of such third part is 15 mm; the third part of the bracket is attached to the operating table with an operating table mount intended for attaching the operating table rods.
EFFECT: invention is specific by a manufacturable, structurally simple, low-component effective device that allows for endoscopic percutaneous removal of herniated intervertebral disc of the cervical spine with subsequent endoscopic stabilization of the operated segment of the cervical spine.
