SUBSTANCE: composition for seed processing contains: (A) aqueous polyurethane dispersion; and (B) one or more insecticides, fungicides, nematicides and/or pesticides, where aqueous polyurethane dispersion forms a film showing: (a) microhardness of no more than 15 H/mm2, (b) Tg from -54°C to -4°C, (c) relative elongation in percent from 44 to 820, and (d) tensile strength from 130 pound/inch2 (0.9 MPa) to 1300 pound/inch2 (9.0 MPa). A method for applying coating on a seed includes applying this composition.

EFFECT: invention allows seed processing that significantly reduces the amount of seed dust formed at planting, such as vacuum planting.
