SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a crystalline form of 2-{3-[2-(1-{[3,5-bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl}piperidin-4-yl)-1,3-thiazole-4-yl]-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazol-5-yl}-3-chlorophenyl methane sulphonate, where values 2Θ (2 theta) X-ray powder diffraction pattern, at temperature 25 °C, are given in the claim. Method of producing a crystalline form comprises steps of: (a) suspending amorphous 2-{3-[2-(1-{[3,5-bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl}piperidin-4-yl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazol-5-yl}-3-chlorophenylmethane sulphonate in a solvent which is isopropanol, at a temperature which is at least 80 °C, and (b) slow cooling of suspension, which is performed stepwise.

EFFECT: crystalline form of 2-{3-[2-(1-{[3,5-bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl}piperidin-4-yl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazol-5-yl}-3-chlorophenyl methane sulphonate is intended for making compositions for controlling plant pathogenic harmful fungi in and/or on plants or among and/or on plant seeds.
