FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular, to electric machines with magnetic systems based on permanent magnets; it can be used as electric drives of various mechanisms or generators of electricity, or sensors. A contactless synchronous machine contains a hollow cylindrical stator with a non-ferromagnetic cylinder formed from copper windings of a groove-free structure, filled with a composition with high thermal conductivity, and a hollow cylindrical rotor made of ferromagnetic material, including inner and outer concentric cylinders forming a blind annular cavity, in which permanent magnets are installed on the inner surface of the outer cylinder, and a non-ferromagnetic stator cylinder is located with the possibility of rotation, cylinder windings, made of non-ferromagnetic conductive conductors, are formed on an annular non-ferromagnetic cylindrical mandrel, from one end of which a ring with end protrusions for fixing windings in the stator is installed and threaded to windings, and the hollow cylindrical rotor is made with an annular inner cavity formed by external and internal cylinders and an end washer with impeller blades made inside it and holes for forced cooling air outlet from the annular inner cavity of the rotor, while magnets are mounted on the inner side of the outer cylinder of the rotor and on the outer side of the inner cylinder of the rotor with opposite poles opposite each other, while the number of magnets on the outer cylinder and the inner one is the same.
EFFECT: simplification of the structure and a reduction in the weight of the machine as a whole.
